Just to get us started, how delicious does this look?

I feel like the more colors my meal has, the better it tastes. I’m sure it’s mental, but I can’t loose with so many veggies mixed in, right? This sauté had (in rainbow order):

  • Red Bell Peppers and Tomatoes
  • Carrots
  • Yellow Bell Peppers
  • Zucchini and Green Bell Peppers
  • Eggplant
  • Onions

Just sauté in the pan all together, throw in some sauce (I used tomato), and eat it as is, or over noodles. Delish dish!

Washed and ready to be sliced and diced.

Now for the main topic of today’s post: Movies.

There are a lot of “popular” movies that I have never seen. Rob usually stares at me in disbelief when he finds out the titles. (I chalk it up to spending the summers of my childhood on a TV-less island and my teenage years too engulfed in books to care.)

One such movie I never had the viewing pleasure of was Armageddon. (I know. I know.) Fortunately, it has been on one of our 8 English channels for the past two nights. The first night we tuned in with only 15 minutes to go, but the second night we saw from about 15 minutes in.

Though I find the movie to be a bit hoky, predictable, and song-ruining (sorry Aerosmith), it did give me some workout inspiration.

I present to you: ARMageddon.

This is one sore-making workout! Especially for me since I usually focus on legs and cardio. It’s definitely a good one for when my arms need some attention.

Reader Questions: Do you like your meals with lots of colors? Are there any classic movies you’ve never seen?
