What is it about cold weather that makes me not want to put on my workout clothes?
We had a bit of snow here in Denver this week. Between the slippery roads and the frigid (to me) temperatures, I was more interested in sitting by our faux fire with hot chocolate.
Then this happened at our weekly PD.
Dang you Costco/Panera and your delicious baked goods showing up right at the 2:30 pm snack attack.

Since Rob and I will be camping over Thanksgiving, I am thinking this 30-day challenge might turned into a 40-day. At least it will still keep me focused in the gym, even if I don’t make it by 30 days.
RQ: Do you ever extend challenges if you don’t make them, or give yourself a cutoff? Are you a cold weather runner/worker-outer?

Ugh – camping in the cold?! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I do love running in the cold. There is just something about it that makes you feel like a beast. It also makes me grateful for really beautiful running days 🙂
I am a cold weather runner for sure. 🙂
Over the course of the next few days I’ll be setting up some December goals ~ I’m looking forward to it 🙂
