I am interrupting the overload of wedding posts to bring you a recipe I made earlier this week: Pizza Quick Rolls. Rob and I ended up fighting over the last piece!
Though I wouldn’t recommend this as a full dinner for it’s lack of veggies, it made a great appetizer and would be a hit at parties. Though you would definitely have to make more.
The recipe was inspired by this Pinterest post.
Ingredients:
- Crescent Rolls
- Shredded Cheese – I used mozzarella, but cheddar might be tasty too
- Pepperoni
- Bell Peppers – thinly sliced
- Any other small pizza toppings
Directions:
1. Lay out the crescent rolls and cut each individual roll in half. I recommend a pizza cutter.
2. Lay on the pepperoni.
3. Add a few bell peppers, or any other topping you prefer. Do not put too much as it will fall out when you roll the crescent.
4. Sprinkle on a bit of cheese.
5. Roll the crescent loosely. Some items may fall out, but I just pushed them back in.
6. Bake according to the crescent packaging directions. Mine was 375 for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
7. Try not to eat the entire tray!
I want to thank all of you for being so patient with me as the blog goes through some changes. I know things look a little wonky right now, but please continue to bear with me as I try to create a more friendly blog experience. Thank you!
RQ: What variations on pizza have you made? (As kids, we used to make pizza on English muffins in the toaster oven.)

Definitely making those soon. I think for us they would be a good side with a veggie soup of some sort – then everyone will be happy with dinner!!!
That sounds like a delicious pairing. I like it.
Why did I never think of this…my kids are going to LOVE these!
They are so tasty! and dangerous…
