Yesterday marked the 90 day countdown to Rob’s and my wedding!
Since life is a bit tumultuous right now, I feel like I am too scatterbrained to stick to weekly challenges or come up with too many new workouts. I still want to stay fit, be challenged, have a goal, and look awesome in my wedding dress.
Please say hello to the 9,000 in 90 Days Challenge.
**Please DO NOT complete this challenge in one day, one week, one month. This challenge is meant to be a long term goal and to take at least 3 months.**
This challenge is designed like the Weekly Challenges. No equipment needed and I can do it while I’m brushing my teeth. Any arm move, leg move, core move, or cardio move will work. The poster just gives a few suggestions.
Anyone want to join me? It seems like a lot, and it is, but breaks down to 100 a day of something. 100 calf raises while you do dishes, done. 100 push ups completed on commercial breaks, boom. Does your regular workout for the day include a 20 minute cardio warmup? Tally those minutes!
I will be posting my progress on Monday’s along with the Weekly Workout Recap. Bring it.

Oh my! I don’t know if I could do that! Maybe, I should complete this over the winter when it is harder to get out the door! 🙂
And don’t tease us with you trying on dresses! I can not wait to see YOUR dress!!!!!!
You are already a gorgeous person, I am sure you will be stunning on your wedding day!!!
Thank you, Heather! I love my dress, just want to make sure it still fits in a few months.
Hi Brooke!
I followed Heather’s link at Run like a G! to your page, I’m Amanda from The Road to October.
Heather told me you and your fiance are planning your October wedding. My husband and I tied the knot 10.9.10! If you need any tips or ideas for a fall wedding, I’d love to help you out! I love weddings and I love fall. Your blog also intrigued me because I am pretty much obsessed with traveling.
Keep traveling, running and wedding planning! 🙂
Have a good one!
Thanks, Amanda! October is such a beautiful time of year, I am so excited! I have to head over to your blog. Life is a little hectic right now, so I am very behind on a lot of things, including blogging.
wow…this sounds very ambitious…but good for you!
Thanks, Michelle! And welcome to wrecking routine!
This challenge is totally doable for me (I recognize the exercises!) I also enjoyed the math you provided me with to figure out how many reps of each I’d need to do every day.
Happy Continued Wedding Planning!
I’m glad it sounds doable. I feel like you did when you were a packing machine and moving. Life is too crazy right now for weekly challenges.
