After a long week, I was ready for a relaxing, out-of-the-house weekend. Thankfully, that’s what I got. Here are some sweet highlights.
Our box from Vietnam arrived!
The box contained about eight books that were too heavy for our suitcases. I’m glad it arrived this weekend since there are some educational books in there I need. It took quite a while to get here, but was really fun to see since the Vietnamese love to wrap their boxes in clear duct tape from head to toe.
Littleton, our new town, was hosting the Wild West Welcome Week and Saturday was a big street fair.
This guy had three Timberwolves as pets that he was answering questions about. I got to pet them!
Rob and I both one a two-week Koko FitClub membership. I’m not sure what I think about the system, but it will be fun to find out. Check out their promotion video.
We won a grill! Through another drawing, we had a grill delivered today! First dinner made on it, hamburgers and grilled pineapple. Scrumptious.
Guess what I was able to lift on Saturday? This guy:
That may not be a big deal to you, but for me, who rarely gets above the 15’s, this is huge. Granted, it was only for overhead tricep dips, I am still pretty pumped. Celebrating:
It was great weekend and seriously needed after a long week.
