Well the middle of the week didn’t turn out so well because of my two late nights at work. At least the weekend rocked. Just as a reminder, on Friday I managed to do triceps with this bad boy.

Our dinner is made for the rest of the week. I am really not a fan of leftovers, but I think I can handle it for this turkey, ricotta, cottage cheese amazingness. The turkey makes it healthy, right?
