Well the middle of the week didn’t turn out so well because of my two late nights at work. At least the weekend rocked. Just as a reminder, on Friday I managed to do triceps with this bad boy.
I know I mentioned it yesterday, but I am still pretty proud of myself. Ok, enough gloating.

Clearly, I still have some work to do on legs. With less than 7 weeks to the wedding, I don’t need much more motivation! Well, besides the fact that Rob made this delicious beast for dinner:
Our dinner is made for the rest of the week. I am really not a fan of leftovers, but I think I can handle it for this turkey, ricotta, cottage cheese amazingness. The turkey makes it healthy, right?

I actually do like leftovers! Sometimes they are better than when you ate it the first time!
However, some things I can not re-eat…like hamburgers. I can not have them for leftovers! Something about it…. haha!
I know how you feel! There are some things I can tolerate and some, just, ew.
