Well the first ten days of the 30-Day Full Body Challenge are off to an epic fail. I did not complete the set reps of any of the moves except miles. Hopefully I can get my act together these next ten days and knock some of it out.
The good news is I have gotten my eating back on track after the post-wedding relaxed meals situation. Eating healthy food consistently is more than half the battle in my opinion. Thank heavens for Blendtec. Looks disgusting, tastes delicious.
If you’re participating in the challenge, here is the new tracking sheet for the next ten days. It looks like this:

I ALWAYS fall off the wagon and have a hard time getting back on. I’m trying yet again as of last week, so far so good..
Why is it so hard? Grrr.
Don’t be too hard on yourself. Challenges are meant to be hard! I drink gross looking smoothies all the time and I love freaking people out with my concoctions 🙂
Do you ever make them taste it? I had a friend who did the 10 day juice cleanse and she had her students try it. The pictures were hilarious!
You did the best you could in that moment. Grace – it’s a beautiful thing.
Thank you for your encouragement.
