Thank you for all your encouraging comments and support on yesterday’s blog post. I just adore the blogging community and how we can all rally together when one of us is struggling. Stephanie’s latest post is extremely fitting to my week. To all of you, Thank you, thank you, thank you.

Today went by rather quickly and my to do list managed to get shorter, resulting in me feeling less overwhelmed than I did yesterday. Part of that is lesson planning to give the kids something they’re interested in:

Can you tell I teach mostly boys?

Also wrote these three little letters for the first time today. That was weird.

Workout Recap

Last week was much better in terms of getting back on the wagon. It’s been about 3 weeks! I got moving almost every day and my eating is back on track. Thank goodness! It’s amazing how sluggish I feel when fruits and veggies aren’t at the center of my diet.

I still have a bit of work to do on the challenge front. My decision to tackle 100 miles in a month, which is a lot for me, while piling on the weights may not have been the most logical. But that’s what challenges are for, right? If they were easy they wouldn’t be a challenge.

RQ: How were your workouts? How long does it take you to get back on the wagon?
