Thank you for all your encouraging comments and support on yesterday’s blog post. I just adore the blogging community and how we can all rally together when one of us is struggling. Stephanie’s latest post is extremely fitting to my week. To all of you, Thank you, thank you, thank you.
Today went by rather quickly and my to do list managed to get shorter, resulting in me feeling less overwhelmed than I did yesterday. Part of that is lesson planning to give the kids something they’re interested in:
Can you tell I teach mostly boys?
Also wrote these three little letters for the first time today. That was weird.
Workout Recap
Last week was much better in terms of getting back on the wagon. It’s been about 3 weeks! I got moving almost every day and my eating is back on track. Thank goodness! It’s amazing how sluggish I feel when fruits and veggies aren’t at the center of my diet.

I still have a bit of work to do on the challenge front. My decision to tackle 100 miles in a month, which is a lot for me, while piling on the weights may not have been the most logical. But that’s what challenges are for, right? If they were easy they wouldn’t be a challenge.

Still a pretty awesome workout!
I was feeling it for sure.
I’m so glad you are feeling a little better and like your plate isn’t quite as full! Hugs!
My work burden suddenly feels unbearable. I know I’ll get through it, but I really don’t enjoy the “in the meantime” part!! A major part of my feeling of being overwhelmed is b/c of the fact that I’m teaching a new class. Insecurity + Imperfection = Yucky Feelings!!!
New classes make me feel like a first year teacher all over again. All the research and planning and making of materials takes a good amount of time. I hope things get more manageable for you asap!
HI hon! Are you making anything on the ad??
Hope you manage to manage your workload….I know the feeling! You don’t want to see my desk, shelves, ledges, floor right now! covered!!
Not yet. I can picture your office, especially with all the houses to manage!
When I first read your blog title I thought you were going to write about actual letters aka snail mail… not MRS! haha 🙂
Isn’t it weird…I had the hardest time at first 🙂
hahahaha! There is going to be a lot of snail mail flowing through here soon. Thank you cards are overdue!
